Small Group Classes

My groups are formed of 5-6 people with the same goals in mind. Classes are 60 min long.

If you have an injury, don’t worry, the exercises can be adapted to your body requirements.


Park, home or private gardens. If you want to train with a group of friends in your private garden, I’ll come to you.

Why small groups?

Because everyone has the chance to be seen.

People stop going to classes because they lose motivation, don’t get the results they want or because they feel they can’t connect with the group.

I will make sure that every single person in my groups understands the exercises and is able to perform them with a good technique. I want to make sure that every beginner can become and intermediate and advanced.

For example, if your goal is to lose weight, you’ll be placed in a group with people with the same goal as you, where you’ll find the motivation and support you need to be consistent. Because this is a goal that demands consistency, memberships are available.
