When it comes to fitness and nutrition, people have different goals and expectations.

Not everyone wants to lose weight and not everyone wants to go through difficult diets to sculpt their bodies.

Some people just want to get stronger, feel good or working out around their injuries.

Here is my client Lisa, who after changing her eating habits, dropped her dress size from 14 to size 10. Her training program was based on weight lifting which  help strengthening her back and dealing with scoliosis.
