I am excited to be spending this time together and generate a ton of results, friendship, support, guidance and plenty of motivation.
When life gets busy and you have to run between meetings, kids, family, it can be very difficult to get and stay into the habit of exercising regularly. I think short-duration, high-intensity workouts are important, so all workouts in the challenge are 20min or less, and will leave you breathless and burning! Metabolic Conditioning workouts help you maintain muscle while upping the shred factor.
After 10 years in the industry, I meet many people who are struggling with consistency and accountability. The #bestofyou challenge was born out of the desire to gain momentum and do it with an amazing team of people supporting you and cheering you on!
